Hudson Bus Sales Policy for COVID-19

A Note to Our Customers

We truly appreciate you visiting our dealership and considering Hudson Bus Sales for your transportation needs. Our desire is to keep our Hudson Bus family and our employees safe while meeting your transportation needs.

In an abundance of caution, we are asking our customers to wear masks while they are in the dealership. Thank you for working with us to keep everybody safe!

In an attempt to maintain a healthy and safe environment for our customers and employees during the COVID-19 Pandemic we are doing the following:

  • Our facilities team will sanitize all common touch point areas twice daily.
  • All common touch points on incoming and delivering buses are to be sanitized immediately upon receipt or prior to delivery.
  • Employees must maintain a safe distance (recommended six feet) from all other employees and customers.
  • Employees must wash their hands on a regular basis and use antibacterial hand sanitizer when appropriate.
  • If an employee begins to feel symptomatic, or they have come in contact with an infected person, they should immediately contact their physician and notify their direct manager but should not come to the office. A doctor’s release may be requested for any absence.
  • All employees are subject to the company taking their temperature daily prior to beginning work, and must wear face masks when working with customers.
  • Employees will not enter the building if they have experienced any COVID related symptoms, including a fever in excess of 100.4 degrees, coughing, sneezing, or shortness of breath in the 24 hours preceding their work period.
