Essential job functions

  • Build and assemble mechanical components according to requirements.
  • Inspect engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
  • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Perform thorough maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Clean and apply lubricants to engine components.
  • Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery.
  • Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to vehicle users.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles etc.).
  • Keep logs of work and report on issues.
  • Maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies needed.

Physical Abilities

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to grasp power and hand tools.
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds on a frequent basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Mobility requirements include frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, crawling and climbing.
  • Use of ladders to no higher than 4 feet.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to fit into tight spots, such as under a vehicle or in a far corner of an engine.

Work Environment

  • Time is spent inside and outside of vehicles.
  • Able to be exposed to various fluids such as oil, brake fluid, cleaning fluid, transmission fluid and other fluids and oils associated with engines and cars.
  • Time is spent working outside in both very hot and very cold weather.
  • Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Automotive certification preferred.

The Sales Representative will sell vehicles and services to new and existing customers. They build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact customers throughout the sales process, and answer any questions customers have about the product. The Sales Representatives is expected to find new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling. The Sales Representatives will have quotas and targets that they must meet or exceed.

The right candidate needs to have enthusiastic but efficient customer service skills, excellent verbal communication, knowledge of multi phone line systems, strong organization skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • This is a Commission based role. A drawn amount can be considered prior to commission being earned.

Hudson Bus Sales is seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant to assist with corporate branding, various media, email communications, social media posts, and other graphics for our growing company. This candidate will have experience working with Adobe suite of software including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc. Must be able to create graphics in print and video form. Must also have experience in social media platforms, video editing, marketing, etc. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats to help our marketing department run.  This is an on-site job and is located at our corporate headquarters in Cleburne, Texas. 
 
 
Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Director of Marketing
• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to accompany social media posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Assists with all marketing efforts as needed for meetings, events, conferences, etc.
• Assists with content creation, design, and scheduling of all email marketing
• Design marketing collateral for events, including logos, signage, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions that achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas for expanding our social media presence.
• Provide support for all other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
 
 
Skills & Competencies Required:
